Our community dinners provide us the opportunity to sit and eat w ith people in the community struggling to feed and care for themselves
Provides opportunity for Community Dinner members to delve deeper into matters of personal growth and discipleship
What is the Community Dinner
The Community Dinner is a weekly meal served by the Grainery Church for people needing a meal. We encourage people to feel apart and responsible for the community. Time will be spent sharing success, challenges and answers to prayers as we sit together and share food and great company.
Over time we hope members will begin to interact to support and care for each other, offering help with travel, DIY or simply becoming friends. The hope is we build a genuine community that loves and cares for each other.
This month Grainery Care is seeking to raise $150,000 to complete the development of the 252 Community Centre which will provide invaluable support to many at-risk members of our community.
